auwin Terms & Conditions

1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

1. "auwin," "we," "us," or "the Company" refers to the operator of the auwin platform accessible at auwin.app, licensed by PAGCOR to offer online gaming services in the Philippines.
2. "Player," "you," or "User" refers to any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses the auwin platform in any capacity.
3. "Account" refers to the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration on auwin.app.
4. "Platform" refers to the auwin website, all games, services, tools, features, promotions, and any associated software or applications operated by auwin.
5. "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by a Player into their auwin Account that are available for wagering or withdrawal.
6. "Bonus Balance" refers to promotional credits, free spins, or other incentives credited to a Player's Account subject to specific wagering requirements and conditions.
7. "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it and any winnings derived from it become eligible for withdrawal.
8. "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity and age verification process required by PAGCOR regulations and auwin's internal compliance procedures before withdrawals are processed.
9. "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government-owned regulatory authority overseeing gaming operations in the Philippines.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Registration Requirements

To create a valid auwin Account, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration;
• Be a natural person — corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted;
• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, valid email address, and mobile phone number;
• Not be subject to a self-exclusion order on the auwin platform or any other PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform;
• Not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of auwin or any of its affiliated game providers;
• Not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active auwin Account. Registering multiple accounts, whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods, is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, auwin will close all duplicate accounts and may forfeit any bonus balances. Real money balances will be returned to the Player after deducting any amounts attributable to promotional abuse.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

auwin is required by PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity and age of all Players prior to processing withdrawal requests. You will be required to submit valid government-issued identification documents — such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, or UMID — together with proof of address. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed.

3 Account Responsibilities

As the holder of an auwin Account, you bear sole responsibility for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords or authentication codes;
• All activity that occurs under your Account, whether authorized by you or not, if such activity results from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials;
• Promptly notifying auwin via live chat or at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account;
• Ensuring that your registered email address and mobile number remain active and accessible, as these are used for account verification and withdrawal processing;
• Keeping your personal information up to date. Any changes to your name, address, or contact details must be communicated to auwin support and supported by documentation where required.

auwin will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your login credentials, or where you have knowingly or negligently shared your credentials with another person.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

auwin accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 for GCash and PayMaya transactions and ₱500 for bank transfers. Deposits are credited to your Account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. auwin does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees independently.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted by Players who have completed KYC verification and whose Account is in good standing. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically feasible. auwin processes GCash and PayMaya withdrawal requests within an average of 5 to 30 minutes during normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within the same business day for requests received before the applicable cut-off time.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on auwin are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Where a payment provider processes a transaction in a foreign currency, conversion to PHP will occur at the prevailing exchange rate applied by the payment provider at the time of the transaction. auwin is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or conversion fees applied by third-party payment providers.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

auwin offers various promotional bonuses, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

1. Bonuses are available to eligible Players with verified auwin Accounts only. auwin reserves the right to determine eligibility at its discretion.
2. Each bonus offer may be claimed once per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless otherwise stated.
3. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus play are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement for each promotion is stated in the specific promotion terms.
4. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonuses must be wagered using the real money balance first before the bonus balance is applied. auwin's system manages the order of balance usage automatically.
5. auwin reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification does not retrospectively disadvantage a Player who has already commenced fulfilling wagering requirements.
6. Where auwin determines that a Player has abused any promotional offer — including through multiple account registration, collusive play, or systematic exploitation of bonus terms — auwin reserves the right to void the bonus and any winnings derived from it, and to suspend the Player's Account.

6 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All games offered on the auwin platform are governed by the specific rules published within each game. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to game mechanics, and these Terms shall prevail in all other respects.

6.1 Certified RNG

All random number generation used in auwin's slots, live casino games, fishing games, and bingo is provided by the respective licensed game developers and is subject to independent certification. auwin does not modify or interfere with the outcome of any game. Players may access RTP information for each game via the information panel within the game interface.

6.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the auwin platform and will result in immediate Account suspension and potential forfeiture of balances:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage — any winnings obtained through such exploitation will be voided;
• Collusion with other Players to influence game outcomes;
• Any form of fraud, including chargeback fraud against deposits made to the platform;
• Placing bets on behalf of another person without their knowledge or consent;
• Any conduct that disrupts the normal operation of the platform or negatively affects the experience of other Players.

6.3 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction — whether in a slot game, live dealer table, fishing game, bingo room, or sportsbook — that results in the display of incorrect odds, payouts, or game outcomes, auwin reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to Players' Accounts. auwin's determination of the correct outcome in cases of malfunction shall be final and binding. Malfunction voids all pays and play.

7 Responsible Gaming

auwin provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from every Player's Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your Account;
• Loss Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly caps on net losses within your Account;
• Session Time Reminders: Alerts notifying you when you have been active on the platform for a specified duration;
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntary temporary (30, 90, or 180 days) or permanent exclusion from the auwin platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period;
• Reality Check: Regular pop-up reminders during active sessions showing time elapsed and net position.

Players who self-exclude from auwin acknowledge that they are responsible for not attempting to circumvent the exclusion by creating new accounts or using another person's account. auwin will take reasonable technical measures to enforce self-exclusion but cannot guarantee complete prevention of access by a determined individual.

8 Privacy & Data

auwin collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and the regulations issued by the National Privacy Commission. By creating an auwin Account, you consent to auwin processing your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, payment processing, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, and regulatory reporting to PAGCOR.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the auwin platform — including but not limited to the auwin brand name and logo, website design, graphics, user interface elements, promotional materials, and game assets licensed from third-party providers — is the intellectual property of auwin or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the auwin platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. No Player may reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the auwin platform without the prior written consent of auwin.

10 Limitation of Liability

auwin shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from a Player's use of or inability to use the platform;
• Loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill;
• Any interruption or unavailability of the platform due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, telecommunications disruptions, or force majeure events;
• Unauthorized access to a Player's Account resulting from the Player's failure to maintain adequate security of their credentials;
• Decisions made by a Player in reliance on inaccurate information displayed due to a technical error, where such error is corrected within a reasonable time.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit auwin's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.

11 Suspension & Termination

auwin reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Player's Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity;
• Receipt of a valid chargeback claim from a payment provider;
• Regulatory direction from PAGCOR or any other competent authority;
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy applies).

Upon termination of an Account, any real money balance remaining after deduction of applicable amounts will be returned to the Player via their last used verified payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus balances will be forfeited upon Account termination.

Players may close their Account voluntarily at any time by contacting auwin's support team via live chat or at [email protected]. Voluntary Account closure does not affect any obligations incurred by the Player prior to closure.

12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Prior to commencing formal legal proceedings, Players are encouraged to contact auwin's support team to resolve any dispute informally. auwin commits to responding to formal complaints within five (5) business days and to making good faith efforts to resolve disputes promptly and fairly. Players who are dissatisfied with auwin's resolution of a complaint may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through PAGCOR's official complaint channels.

13 Amendments to These Terms

auwin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect Players' rights or obligations — auwin will provide advance notice via email to registered Players and/or a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the auwin platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request Account closure as described in Section 11.

The current version of these Terms, including the effective date, is always accessible at auwin.app/terms-conditions. Players are responsible for reviewing the Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.
